Cleansing Herbs are used by people throughout the world to purify the atmosphere, to disperse of negativity and also for protection.
Smudge Sticks create a lot of soothing smoke, which can be very relaxing, refreshing, Potent and purifying. 
How to use : 
Light the tip of the smudge stick with a match and blow it out once you have a nice waft going. 
This can be used by gently waving it through the air to cleanse your space and then placed in a wooden box or metal container (which doesn't burn) with a layer of sand or salt in the bottom to hold the smudge upright. ( Each Smudge Stick is approximately 10cm long).
To extinguish, turn the Smudge Stick upside down twisting it down  into the sand or salt to smother safely.
