Cleansing Herbs are used by people throughout the world to purify the atmosphere, to disperse of negativity and also for protection.
Smudge Sticks create a lot of soothing smoke, which can be very relaxing, refreshing,Potent and purifying. 
How to use : 
Light the tip of the smudge stick with a match and blow it out once you have a nice waft going. 
This can be used by gently waving it through the air to cleanse your space and then placed in a wooden box or metal container (which doesn't burn) with a layer of sand or salt in the bottom to hold the smudge upright. (Each Smudge Stick is approximately 10cm long).
To extinguish, turn the Smudge Stick upside down twisting it down  into the sand or salt to smother safely.
